GONG BATH WITH YOGIRAY:
A DEEP MEDITATION INTO SELF
7:00 - 9:00pm
7 Centers Yoga Arts is pleased to present it’s first Gong Meditation Layout Event. Lighten your load by vibrating away what no longer serves you, letting go of debris at the subconscious level. All this happens as you relax deeply in savasana, the "sleep of the yogis," and allow the gong to bathe you in its healing vibrations. Class is suitable for everyone. It will begin with a little easy yoga to release the day’s stresses and become fully present. As you deeply relax with pillow/blanket/other relaxation gear (BRING YOUR FAVORITES), live gong vibrations will wash over you and cleanse… revealing the Love, Peace and Light that is your birthright. Fee: $15 advance/$20 at the door. To register, call: 928-203-4400
